Overview
AO 101 – Te Ao Māori and Asset Management helps you develop an awareness of Te Ao Māori concepts and Te Tiriti o Waitangi as they relate to asset management in Aotearoa New Zealand.
It introduces you to Te Ao Māori (the Māori world), Te Tiriti o Waitangi and the Treaty of Waitangi, and connects Te Ao Māori and asset management.
By the end of the course, you will be able to:
- Have a basic understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and The Treaty of Waitangi
- Have a basic understanding of Te Ao Māori (the Māori world) including tikanga (correct cultural protocol/procedure) and the Māori economy
