Around half of our membership is corporate and includes various organisation types – both public and private – local and central government, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
While all memberships get you a discount on training and conferences, a corporate membership also gets you a further discount on your annual membership fees if you have ten or more members.
A corporate membership also makes it easier to organise group training events either online, face to face, or inhouse.
The corporate membership discount is based on the number of individuals you register:
- 3 to 9 nominated members – full membership fees for all nominated members.
- 10 to 30 nominated members – full membership fees less 5% for all nominated members.
- 31 to 50 nominated members – full membership fees less 10% for all nominated members.
- 51 and over nominated members – full membership fees less 15% for all nominated members.
Membership fees depend on the type of membership: standard, emerging, senior, or student.
Admin perks
Corporate membership makes administration easier by:
- Having one invoice for all nominated members – making it easier for the accounts department, and clearer for you to manage.
- Allowing for movement of staff – when a staff member leaves and is replaced by someone else, simply update the information with IPWEA NZ. The departing staff member can apply for membership by individually paying their membership fees, and the incoming staff member takes the vacant spot as a nominated member.
