AM 432 provides guidance on how to develop and implement a risk management and decision-making framework appropriate to the organisation.
The course takes you through the concepts and theory of each stage of the decision-making approach and uses activities to practice applying the theory.
By the end of the course, learners will be able to:
- Choose appropriate decision-making techniques
- Effectively deal with uncertainty by using a sensitivity analysis
- Compare different frameworks and the way they support decision-making processes, including Optimised Decision-Making, Better Business Case, and Investment Logic Mapping.
