Traffic Counting Guide Supplement

This document was prepared to create a supplement to the RIMS Traffic Counting Guide. As an appendix to the original Guide, it delves deeper into the Methodology of creating the setup for the Traffic Estimation tool in RAMM and suggests approaches and procedures to get the most from this module.

The document was created to bridge the gap between the RIMS guide and the RAMM user manual and provide the basis of the rationale and decision making required to create the information that needs to develop an effective traffic count programme.
